However, digital content supplied immediately can be treated differently.
Immediate digital delivery
If you purchase a digital product and ask us to provide access immediately, we may ask you to expressly confirm that:
I agree that delivery of this digital content may begin immediately and I acknowledge that I may lose my statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
Where the legal requirements are satisfied, this allows immediate digital delivery without waiting for the normal cancellation period to expire. Irish law specifically requires prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right in these circumstances. CCPC
The exact wording and checkout process will be configured to reflect the applicable legal requirements.

If a From A to I digital product does not work as described, is materially different from what was advertised, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, please contact us.
We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Our refund policy will depend on the nature of the product and the circumstances.
Where a statutory refund right applies, we will comply with the applicable law.
Where a product has been immediately supplied as digital content following the customer's valid express consent and acknowledgement described above, the statutory cancellation right may no longer apply.
